| divorce lawyers? |

Hi friends. You were all so helpful with my stapleless stapler question! Now I've got a more intense one.
A friend of the family is about to go through a divorce. The one laywer we know is too booked to see her. I have a feeling this is going to be messy, her ex has already tried convincing her for example that he doesn't have to pay child support because he's not rich and unless you make a certain amount of money they don't make you pay. Yeah...he's a dink.
We are looking for someone who isn't too expensive and will fight hard for her.
TIA! |

Hey, Edmonton. Quick question while we shiver in our boots:
Bought a purse that doesn't fit, and would like to sew a new strap to it, but I don't have a sewing machine. Are there places in town that allow you to come in and "rent" theirs, or to use theirs in store if you purchase materials from them? I'd think fitting a new strap would be pretty easy, but I know nothing of this arcane art. Is Fabricland actually a good place to go for crafting materials?
Also, confidential to the many people I see on the bus wearing miniskirts/shorts/no coat or hat or mitts: AREN'T YOU COLD OMG!?! Sorry, couldn't keep that in any longer. I see you every morning and ache to ask you why you chose ripped leggings and a micro-mini as your daily garb. |
